Gluten Free Slow Cooker Pork Chops

This simple slow cooker recipe should take you no more than 10 minutes to prep!

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 to 6 thick cut pork chops.

Directions:

  1. Combine soup mix, dressing mix, garlic and beef broth.
  2. Optional, sprinkle pork chops with pepper, do not add salt the broth is salty enough.
  3. Place pork chops into the slow cooker.
  4. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops. I use a pair of tongs to turn the pork chops around ensuring they are all fully covered in sauce.
  5. Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
  6. Serve!
When removing the pork chops from the slow cooker, avoid using tongs or a fork. These pork chops become so tender they just fall apart! I had to use a large spoon to get two full pork chops for the picture.
When serving, I prefer to serve my Gluten Free Slow Cooker Pork Chops on a bed of rice with a side of vegetables. These are also great with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies!
