This simple slow cooker recipe should take you no more than 10 minutes to prep!
Ingredients:
- 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
- 3 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 4 to 6 thick cut pork chops.
Directions:
- Combine soup mix, dressing mix, garlic and beef broth.
- Optional, sprinkle pork chops with pepper, do not add salt the broth is salty enough.
- Place pork chops into the slow cooker.
- Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops. I use a pair of tongs to turn the pork chops around ensuring they are all fully covered in sauce.
- Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours.
- Serve!
When serving, I prefer to serve my Gluten Free Slow Cooker Pork Chops on a bed of rice with a side of vegetables. These are also great with mashed potatoes, gravy and veggies!
