For a long time now I have been working out at home three to four times a week. As dumbbells are expensive (and I am cheap) I bought a
$60 resistance band set off of Amazon. Buying the resistance bands is one of the best choices I ever made. I am able to perform a full body workout, in the comfort of my own home. Here is my At Home Full Body Resistance Band Workout.
All exercises are performed as supersets. 45 Seconds of work, 20 Seconds of rest for 4 sets.
