One Exercise, Full Body Workout

What if I told you there is one exercise you can do to get a full body workout? Would you think I was crazy? Yes! The One Exercise, Full body Workout is.... the BURPEE! That amazingly horrible workout that no one likes to do. Perhaps you hate burpees simply because of their difficulty level.

Gluten Free Slow Cooker Pork Chops

This simple slow cooker recipe should take you no more than 10 minutes to prep! 

Ingredients:

  • 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 package dry ranch dressing mix
  • 3 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 4 to 6 thick cut pork chops.

At Home Full Body Resistance Band Workout

For a long time now I have been working out at home three to four times a week. As dumbbells are expensive (and I am cheap) I bought a $60 resistance band set off of Amazon. Buying the resistance bands is one of the best choices I ever made. I am able to perform a full body workout, in the comfort of my own home. Here is my At Home Full Body Resistance Band Workout.

All exercises are performed as supersets. 45 Seconds of work, 20 Seconds of rest for 4 sets.

Gluten Free Pre-Workout Oatmeal

As of late I have become very obsessed with my health. I am going to the gym, waking up and exercising, eating right and generally taking much better care of myself. Recently I decided to start taking protein powder and was about to but a pre-workout supplement. I started looking online and found that a lot of pre-workouts are full of random chemicals that may not help me in this stage of life. As such I started looking into nutrient rich food and came up with this little recipe for a pre-workout oatmeal!

Ingredients:

Gluten Free Sweet and Sour Meatballs

This year my girlfriend and I hosted Friendsmas at our house. This was my first Gluten Free Christmas! We had a bit of a potluck, everyone brought something to eat. One of our guests made two batches of Sweet and Sour Meatballs, one with gluten, one without. 

Ingredients:

Sauce:

  • 1 cup of water
  • 1 cup of brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup of ketchup
  • 1/2 cup of vinegar
  • 2 tbs of Worcestershire

Meatballs:

  • 1 egg
  • 10 crackers
For the gluten filled meatballs my friend crushed up 10 saltine crackers in a food processor. For the gluten free meatballs she used gluten free breadcrumbs from a local gluten free restaurant. You can use any gluten free crackers or breadcrumbs here.
